Can someone tell me how this works...EB and I are moving to London. We need to be living there to get a job, and we need to have a job to find a place to live.

Me too, although in my case it's because I haven't washed for weeks and enjoy eating out of bins. Starting to get funny looks at work, but it's worth it!

Thats just stupid I think you should prank phone call them loads till they say they will help you.

The thing that grates my hairy, pink, bean-bag is that some mindless flat-letting agency said even with my pops agreeing to give his details in case we miss our rent, (which wouldn't happen anyway), that they wouldn't help us. They had said that if we had someone earning over 25k to back us up then we may be ok. Now, my Dad earns nearly four times that, but when we called back to tell them this they pretty rudely said they couldn't help us.

So you don't have to be in London to get a job if he already has one in Brighton.
