I usually wait a year or so and see how good the consoles are then. And I pay the hundred pound fee for it so even if it is crap, I'm still not disappointed.

I wouldn't spend £280 on something if I didn't seriously think it could deal with my gaming needs.

You want a PC because you can upgrade it?
For me that's something that puts me off PC gaming. With Xbox 360 you never have to upgrade anything, it runs all the games straight out of the box with no hardware conflict or need for better graphics cards.

Aye, you can buy a console and money-wise, you're set up for the next four or five years.
If you always want to be running PC games at their highest quality, then it's going to cost an arm and a leg to maintain you're PC as a top end machine.

I got a high gaming quality pc for £800
= No brainer.
