Animations are always better in the cinema so I'd go for a Final Fantasy film.

For me, it would have to be the digitally re-mastered version of Star Wars Episode IV in a DTS theatre. I saw the original at the cinema as a 6-year-old with my parents, and would love to experience it again - especially now I can appreciate it more.
