Hah! Still listed at £14.99 but £29.99 when you pre-order!
About an hour ago, it was still £14.99 - I checked by pre-ordering another, but stopped short of confirming.
Well, I got my order in yesterday - one for me, one for my mate. Let's just see if we get an e-mail now, asking us to pay full whack or cancel.
I bet someone in HMV's web department is getting fired today!
Those link-sellers on eBay are going to have some refunding to do!
Interestingly, HMV now have the 'list price' as £41.99 - no PS2 or Xbox game has ever been that price.
So they can say the numbers were the wrong way round no-doubt.
"The Contract Between Us
b. HMV are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our web site."
They had the same £14.99 price for two versions of the game. Not exactly an 'obvious error or inaccuracy'.
Well, it is, but you wouldn't expect them to fudge up two prices in exactly the same way. One, maybe... not two.
Interestingly, PES3 and the PSP version of PES5 have now all disappeared from the site...
Curious!
PES3 on PC-CD is the only one at £14.99...
They'd probably taken them off while they double-checked each item's price.
