Hello people, I am asking for help. I am currently doing Gcse Pe theory coursework, and am a bit stuck. I have asked some of my mates for help, but they don't know either, i've looked in my text book, and on the internet, but no luck. The question i pose for you is this:

I know it's pretty confusing. I remember my HND P.E. tutor Mr. Hawthorn gave us a brilliant link to a website with all the correct joint groups on but I've forgotten what it was. It's a shame because it was really useful to me so it could probably answer all your questions.
I know everytihng else i have done so far but im sort of struggling with this bit, especially when everyone is giving me different answers...
