Anyone know how i would go about doing this? i need to ip block the whole Czech Republic.

Both, the server can block IP ranges but i guess the best way is to block certain players from signing up in the first place stopping them from being able to join the server.

That stops anyone who can't speak English from registering. Easy.

Pretty much, the main problem is that they arn't force in school to learn any english and so we have alot of problems on the server because they can't read the rules.

Surely it applies to every country not speaking English then ... why just the Czech Republic?

Well the server is based in sweden and yet eveyone else who comes to it although they use very basic english, it's normally enough that we all understand each other.

Most of our players are polish,swedish and from the netherlands.

Or you could get someone to translate the rules to Czech

Nah we used to have all different sections of the forums for each language but we gave up on that as the communities would never talk and it made the server a bit crappy, so we brought in the English only rule.
