Agree with Hmmm... re the map situation. Last thing you wanna do is embarrace yourself or your client.
Other pet niggles...
No title attributes in any of your links
Not alt's or dimension information in your images
No DTD, which is vital when using CSS
Overall though, not bad.
One thing to be careful of is copyright. Did you pay Multimap/Batholomew for the map ? If not then you could get your client in trouble or at the least cause them some embarrassment.
If it's not all above board, I would suggest you either need to pay for the map or link to multimap which their terms do allow. I often draw a simple location map and include a link to a scrollable multimap version.

One other thing - I don't like the look of the font for the word "welcome" and "latest news" on the home page. I don't think it suits it.
