Photo's are going in those as soon as I get them.

It all looks very nice except for possibly the buttons on the left - something doesn't look right about them. Borders maybe, or a different font?
Apart from that, very nice
One other thing - I don't like the look of the font for the word "welcome" and "latest news" on the home page. I don't think it suits it.

I was going to mention this, the buttons didn't seem to do it for me either.
One thing to be careful of is copyright. Did you pay Multimap/Batholomew for the map ? If not then you could get your client in trouble or at the least cause them some embarrassment.
If it's not all above board, I would suggest you either need to pay for the map or link to multimap which their terms do allow. I often draw a simple location map and include a link to a scrollable multimap version.
