how come the winners havent been drawn past the 26 in the winners list and it is the 30th has gameaday finished or does it just not get posted for a while

Yeah, no excuses there, we are crap now.
We had a golden era, narrowly going out of the Uefa cup to Perugia, signing Ravanelli, Burley, Cannigia and a few other high earners, but it turned out the board couldn't afford it. We went into administration, survived one year, then went down, now if we don't go straight back up, the club will probably close and we're stuck drawing with teams like Hamilton.
At least that happened without a manager, we were top of division one last week, but lost 3-1 to Stranraer in the League Cup, so the board sacked the manager :D.
