I've been downloading a video (100% legal bla bla bla) and it's got to 99.9% and there's no seeders for it and it keeps timing out. Is there any way I can still watch this movie even though it isn't fully complete? I've tried playing it in media player but as usual it's fussy.

Any help would be awesome taaaa.

What 'net speed you on?

From what I've heard on torrent forums, is that you've downloaded 99.9% of the film or whaever it is you're getting, but there's no one online seeding that has that tiny bit of the film that you need. Just wait it out and hopefully someone will start seeding with that bit.
That's why it's always nice to seed for as long as you can, so you don't get things like this happnening to you or othre people.

Download AVI preview and try and find the video file.
Should play it aslong as you have the right codecs installed.

My new love is torrents. On empornium.us I've downlaoded over 35Gb of porn DVD's.

I'm also downlaoding series 1 of Lost now which is at 66% with only 2.80Gb left. A good speed going aswell, about 50-60 kbp/s.

Ive seen the first 8 episodes of lost at craftytv.com (totally legal streaming video site), keep an eye out there, they might make them public-access again.

I tried to work out bittorrent a few days ago, to download the first season of Lost. But, as usual, my sublime incompetence with all things computer-related means I couldn't even get the download started, and I did everything they told me to. Then they started using words like 'seeder' and 'leecher' so I got scared and convinced myself it's more fun watching it once a week with 10 adverts every minute.

That always happened when I tried to use Bittorrent. I just gave up in the end.

Edit - I did get the stuff playing, though, just by opening it up. It was some songs, but all the tracks were mixed up together in a horrible mess.
