I've noticed that my bicep, sometimes, is tensed. I've noticed that, sometimes, it's relaxed. I've never noticed it curling, though.

I've still got the basic six pack, it was never very developed since I stopped working on it a few years ago but since I keep in reasonable shape, the flab stays off my gut (for the most part...)

I was complemented on my stomach just last Friday by a rather lovely lady so it can't be TOO bad.

I agree.
You can see my abs quite well because I have a low body fat %, but I do almost nothing to define them.

I used to be really fit when I was 13-15ish.
I could do 50-60 press-ups and about 30-40 sit-ups a minute.
Never did chin-ups though as I've never had a bar or anything to work with.

Now I can't even do 10 press-ups without getting knackered.

Sit-ups are still easy but with nothing to hold my feet down I can get frustrated eventually.
