I'm torn between getting this and Cricket 2005 on the PS2.

I had the original Brian Lara for PS. It wasn't too bad, but can't really comment on Cricket 2005. I'd stick to Lara for the endorsement.

I used to work for Codemasters - Brian Lara will be in the sale in less than 2 months...

Played a PC Demo, seemed okay.. Much better on XBOX with a pad, I imagine.

I've played a demo of both and BL seemed better than 2005. You can always exchange it at SR.

EA might suck at a lot of things, but they really know what they're doing when it comes to all sports...except football.

Ah, just QA Stuff..

Dead boring. Anyone thinking of doing QA for a games company - DON'T! You're in front of 1,000's of screens, most of the people are complete geeks and it's boring.

Still, if you can design games or something, or be on a music team, i'd do it... sounds fun.
