Ghost Recon 2 - 7.4 (Sounds and looks rather disappointing, AI is supposed to be horrible)
Mortal Kombat Deception - 8.9 (looks ok but graphically looks average)
X-Men: Legends - 8.5
FlatOut - 8.0 - Might pick this up - looks decent enough
Shark Tail - 7.0 (How the funk did it score that?!)
Spyro: A hero's tail - 7.0
Worms Forts: Under Siege - 8.4 - Again looks quality for Live play.

They can give it 10/10. They're very experienced at rating games. Halo got 9.7, did you laugh about that? everyone knows Halo 2 is superiour to that, so they can give it 10/10. Are you not getting Halo 2? You find their score of it..funny

If a game is rated out of ten then it will get out of 10. OXM in Britain don't use real numbers, they use integers. Simple as that.
And your right about it not being as awe inspiring as Ocarina. Halo had a way bigger effect on me than Ocarina Of Time ever did. Halo was better than OOT.

Magazines are technically allowed to drop the scores of games. So drop Halo down to 9.5/9.6 and give Halo 2 9.7
But 10/10! Don't make me laugh

Halo 2 looks even better in the mag review than i ever imagined. However someone mentioned the flood will be in Halo 2 but the review doesnt mention it once. It does mention how cool it is when the covernent are fighting something and you are looking on, this probably means the flood however there are no images and it doesnt mention it. Anyone shed some light?

Flat-Out will be an excellent game on Live. Damage physics are brilliant and I can see some truly awesome crashes in the making. Theres lots of destructable scenery aswell to add to the crashes. Theres quite a few jumps around the track aswell in which some lead to short cuts so theres a bit of variety in the tracks. Did I mention that watching drivers fly out windows and bouncing around the track is entertaining? :P
Theres also a high jump mode that'll entertain you for a while. Simply nitro into a ramp, watch your bloke fly through the window and hit the highjump and high as you can. Don't worry, you get to see him land very painfully too :P
