Yeh I was watching some over the top american programme about dangerous animals and saw somethin about a cougar. It said to stand tall, shout, and it will be intimidated. :-) Theres my two cents.

Aye. Doesn't always work though. And Peters a big mofo, so that's proof.

Yeh true, you'll always get the crazy insane cougar (or any animal) who just wont be intimidated by our "superior" race... *looks around shiftily*

This guy's like a modern David Livingstone, but not as impressive.

There was a black panther in my area for 3-4 days a while ago. Apparently as close as 100m away.

Whoever wrote that article obviously didn't proof read it either.

Yeh its weird when you hear about big cats in this country that have escaped from various places.

Surrey has always had a rumour of the "Surrey Puma" which a teacher I had claimed to see...but who knows.

I guess if they are roaming around, theyre probably intelligent enough to avoid human contact at all costs, and just go after farm animals at night or whatever.
