Getting rid of my car soon and so I'm starting to look out for a new one.
Now, I quite like my cars and so do not want some cheep banger. At the moment I'm a little torn between a VW Lupo Gti, (I like it, so hush), or a Fiat Stilo.

I know Fiat have some problems, but a mate has a Stilo and he loves it. I can't have the 2.4 due to insurance but the 1.8 is perky enough.

The Lupo Gti seems like a great little car. Can pick a 3-year-old up for about just over 6k. It has VW build quality, insurance is not too bad, decent performance and it's a little unusual.

I will have about 6k to spend, so if you can make any suggestions, please do.

Thought about a ZR, but a little dated now.

Ibiza is a thought

Yeah they are ok but i'm just wondering, are you hoping of doing up the car with some mods e.g mainly bodywork cause I got a Suzuki Swift a year ago to have when I past my test which I did last year but I got it mainly as its cheap and its got great acceleration yet i can't find anywhere that does mods for it. Although i'm not too bothered but next time i got a car i would make sure i have the option to maybe improve the car.

The only thing I would ever think of improving is the performance. Can't see the point in having a car that looks better then it goes.

I personally love the look of the Lupo Gti. The fact that it's really quite peppy without mod is great. My Bro-in-law loves sticking NOS into things, so you never know...

Civic is dull. Type R is too expensive. NSX is a sport car...insurance.

Thought about a Smart Roadster?

Fun drive, save on petrol, interchangeable panels.

Only a group 10 too.

Although £6k might not reach. You could put the 6k down no one though
