Possibly the Prodigy's latest album, but I'm not sure. Love the track Girls, but is the rest of the album comparable? In saying this I like their older style as well so if it's anything like that I'm sold as well.

[edit] Forgot about The Doves, although I've not really heard much of them yet except for their current single. Album probably isn't out for ages knowing me, but has anyone else heard any of it yet?

OK; I am not telling that they are a good band, but at-least they have some decent songs in their album.
But if it is decent Rock bands that you ask; I'll reccomend U2 & Linkin Park

The difference being of course that Matt Bellamy isn't crap.
I mean, I may not be the biggest fan of bands like Mars Volta, Smashing Pumpkins and such, but I can understand that they DO mean something.

I know the Rasmus aren't that popular (they are not on winamp's site...); but still In the shadows and Still Standing are one of my personal faves.
P.S. - The video of In the shadows is pretty haunting...
