I placed an order about 4 hours ago and it still says "Order placed".

Normally it doesnt take this long but i've just changed my bank details on there so do I have to wait longer because they are checking that out?

I placed an order for a CD earlier and when I login its as if the order hasn't been put through.

I'm checking it hasn't charged my card and I'll give it a go again.

I'll let you know in a sec.

The site wasn't letting people access their details earlier on because "essential maintenance" was being done.

It's not charged me, but it was trying to make me buy the same item twice! Cheeky sods.

Yeah, order usually processes pretty fast for me.

Was wondring why I didnt have an email.
