Might pick this up. Haven't bothered with Halo 2 on LIVE and don't think I will ever get around to playing it.

Read a few reviews of Ghost Recon 2 and have seen it in action a fair bit and it looks decent. Sure the AI looks dodgy but that didn't stop Rainbow Six 3 from being amazing fun.

Anyone else getting it or are you all still to**ing off to the tune of Halo 2?

I could probably do with a change soon as I know for a fact Halo 2 won't keep me happy until SC3/TS3, and Pro Evo 4 is not on my list.

Yes, I even ordered the soundtrack :)

I'm going to get this or Pro Evo 4 today, was hoping to see more reviews of the Live part of the games, but I'll decide when the time comes.

Can't get Pro Evo 4, still hoping Winning Eleven 8 sticks to a March release of next year, if not I will have to go with the PC version.

Halo 2 doesn't interest either offline or online, played similar games many times previously. Tactical combat games though offer a hell of a lot more and this looks no different.

The first Ghost Recon suffered massively from a lack of atmosphere and urgency which made it completely dull to play. The sequel though looks fast paced and a hell of a lot more interesting.

Dunno, in the past even if a game is multiplayer orientated, I tend to play at the very least some of the single player before trying the multi part. I still regard the single player in all games I buy as the main section, even if it is a load of crap.

Indeed. Unless you know prior how bad it really is.

Soldier of Fortune 2 is a great example, unbelievably fun on LIVE, the single player isn't even funny, well it is actually.

Majority of the time I don't bother unless it has an appealing single player.

Whats this game like? Are the graphics, physics, and is the gameplay any good? Is the game as hard as some of the reviews made it sound?

Apparently, if you have surround sound, then Ghost Recon 2 works really well with it. I.e, if someone is shooting you from behind (so to speak), then there are no arrows telling you where the fire is coming from - you have to listen out for it and where it comes from.

Could be a rumour, but if it's true, t'would be amazing.
