This is probably one of the hardest puzzles I've ever had to do. I'm currently on level 13, anyway give it a try if you want:

Can't quite work it out yet, but by the looks of things, the password and username are an anagram of the word ALTERNATIVE.

how do I find somewhere to put in a password and username?
