Not large hard drives, just the little ones (They called Pen drives or something like that).

Anyway I'm looking to buy one, handy for taking stuff to and from Uni and saves having to e-mail or remotly log into my uni server to access my files from home.
Looking for recomendations on reliable brands. Probably get one with 128mb or 256Mb.

Thanks

Its just a bit too expensive for what I was planning to spend - student and all that. :-)

Mostly be for java, php, wml and word documents for my project this year and the odd music files, presentations etc.

What sort of files - music, documents? The Muvo thingy will be good for that, and it's a damn sight smaller than an iPod so you could use it as a 'lightweight' music player. There are plenty of external hard drives about - I'm getting a 300GB FireWire one from Dabs.com to store all my media, and it's easy enough to cart about.

I got the 128Mb version of this, and it rocks. Get about 30 songs on that, as well as all my files, so this should hold about 50/60 tracks. It's small too, and doesn't look naff either. Get it out in a fight and your attackers (or victims) are likely to give you respect and cry themselves to bruises.

Ooh, it's USB2.0, and cheaper than I paid too. Damn, I should have waited.
