Your crazy, paper mario 2 is already out, at least in the US. I don't own a gamecube, so I haven't played it though.

I completed it in 14 hours and 22 minutes.

But, if you want t play it, buy it. You don't want to be constrained by time when you're playing it. Get it on ebay or somewhere for about the £30 mark, complete it and sell it on - you'll only lose the price of a rental if you're any good at ebaying

Not heard much of it, to be honest.

Take into consideration that I know nothing of the PS2 line up, I think you may be right.

For the rest of the year.

But, for the yuear so far, it's probably had the best. Konga, Pikmin 2, Mario Golf...

But We've still got Paper Mario 2 to come, with Mario Party 5 on its way.

There are some others, I'm sure, but I've forgotten.

GC has undoubtedly the worst line up for the rest of the year.

Fable, for me, has been the Game of the Year so far. It's probably got the strongest Christmas line-up out of the 3.

Pity it'll be a last hurrah, though.

Seriously, the XBOX is worth it for Live alone.

I had a PS2, but it got sold to fund my XBOX.

I can see why people have the PS2 - it offers a huge range of games and stuff in every genre. But if you're going for the killer aps, its got to be the other consoles.
