Mine would have to be:

1. To be able to fly.
2. To become invisable.
3. To be able to transform into any animal.

1. Immortality.
2. Invisibility.
3. Ability to stop time.

Simple as that - anything else is a waste, if people saw you flying you'd be caught sooner or later.
