No, why??
First I opened the towerunit of my PC, took out the simms by pressing the metal clips on either side. Opened the grey plastic clips on the Dimm slot. Put my Ram chip in place and closed the clips again. Then put back on the Tower unit cover and turned on my computer!
Didn't take me long at all!
