Well I hate to say I told you so, it would appear the PSP is starting to take control.
22,000 more PSP's sold than DS last week and that is up on the 12,000 of the week before and is even more the PS2.

I think you will find the 5,000 is of the whole lot sold as one of the posters pointed out that is 0.6% of PSP's sold.
Still if that's the only answer Nintendo have got then they are in trouble.

As a Sony fan myself and a Nintendo one at that, I wouldn't get too excited lol.... it's a bit ridiculous that someone gets all hyped up because Sony sold more PSP's. And don't be fooled on Sony or Nintendo reports on System's SHIPPED not sold!
Also, the DS is 3 Million sold in Japan aren't they? Too early to get all hyper i'd say considering the amount of PSP's there actually are.
And looking at the software charts I noticed that Wario Ware Touched is ahead of any PSP game! In fact: TWO DS games ahead of PSP games....being Mario 64 DS and Wario Ware.

I wouldn't have liked to be one of those unlucky 5000 though - so if i came from Japan, I'd be a little weary and deterred by that daunting news.
Oh, and you can only return PSP's if they have 5 or more dead pixels. 5 too many if you ask me.
