I need some new music as my old playlists are just boring me now.

No pop, RnB, Dance or heavy crap, but other than that I'll listen to pretty much anything.

Reccommend away lads!

Tried to think of a few that you might like based on your past ramblings on MSN.

Jesse Malin - Bit like Ryan Adams
Dashboard Confessional
Kane - Only heard a few songs but might be to your taste
Five for Fighting
Creedence Clearwater Revival (Can't go wrong)
Hoobastank
Damien Rice
Howie Day
Josh Ritter
Joseph Arthur
The Calling
The Cure
Train

I also have a Counting Crows live DVD from Amsterdam (The one they decided not to release if your interested. Can get me on msn)

I'm told keane's album is good but i haven't heard it yet,a few people have recommended it to me. dunno if thats of the back of their 2 big songs or whether its actually any good.

Wahh, plenty of replies and recommendations. Excellent, I'll work my way through them on my crappy 56k.

Grix, thanks for that, I downloaded Pink Moon, tis absolutely awesome. Will get some more soon.

The Libertines I've heard some of, sort of appeal to me in a "this could be good, maybe I should get some more songs" kinda way. What A Waster started off good but descended into annoyingness. Still, will check out Baby Shambles (I meant to ages ago, but forgot :-)).

Thanks to someone for reminding me about The Cure, saw them on Jonathon Woss but forgot about them.

Train I've already got :-)

Muse.. Merrr... So so... some good songs. Some not.

Anyway, thanks everyone.

I reccomended the album Pink Moon (and title track inclusive) actually... ;)

But Grix brought Drake up, so.

Having a think, check out the 'Cursive - Domestica' topic. Might want to try them, I don't know.
