Apparently, according to someone in Cube Europe he tried pictochatting between his US DS and his friend's UK DS and it didn't work, though multiplayer worked. Can anyone confirm this? Well I have a Japanese DS and it works fine, chatting to PAL DS's.

The DS is completely region free. The only difference between UK/US/Asian DSs are the packaging and the adaptor*.

I have used my JAP DS and gone on Pictochat with a US and a UK DS so there should be no problem.
