I have been trying to acces the single player historical battle Raphia but when I click it, a message appears saying "CAS File Empty" Is this a bug or what?

Does it say what cas file is broken? Your installation is broken in some way. If you can't determine what cas file it's moaning about, you could just try reinstalling the game.
