It's been mentioned before but things seem to have changed again for me today.

Since the recentish MyFreeola upgrades the login page:
https://secure.freeola.com/myfreeola/login.php stopped remembering my passwords (using IE7) but today I've noticed that it's also stopped storing the userid as well!

Any chance someone can look at this as it's a bit of a pain - unless it's only me?

I look after a few Freeola ADSL clients and all their PCs were able to login to MyFreeola easily but having to remember all their users/passwords will make things harder work for me and them...

Thanks.

Please see the link in my previous post.

I guess you started using IE8 with MyFreeola after the issues highlighted in the thread were resolved then...

IE8 has never failed to remember the username and password for me. Well it fills the fields automatically etc anyway. Still ok.

I'll do some testing on my home comp. tonight too.

FWIW
Here's my previous thread that (amongst other things) contains the story for when MyFreeola login credentials were last sorted with IE.
Even though this time it looks like something different.

I'm sure quite a number of Freeola customers will use IE to login so this will be quite a pain for them.

As I've mentioned before I'm more than happy to assist in any 'beta' testing of changes like this if it helps...

NB. Firefox seems to be OK, IE8 is currently only remembering the user not the password for me.

I'll have a look at this soon but I'm a little busy launching our new checkout system, along with the new login pages. There may be a few glitches like this but we'll try and sort them.

FYI
We've been here before...

I haven't got time to find my previous post where you fixed things, but it's broken again for me!

It appears you've changed the 'login' page this afternoon and it's no longer remembering my details in IE (haven't tried FF).

It's probably Warhunt trying to stop me posting! :¬P

Can any other IE users please confirm if they see this?

Thanks...

I bet you two are sitting next to each other and never talk ;¬)

For me, whatever I try my details aren't stored with IE7.

This is most likely because the URL was changed to https://secure.freeola.com from co.uk earlier on today.

I'll grab Mr Eccless and get him to give the programmers answer.

Edit: No need to grab him...

You'll need to enter your login details again at least once for them to be remembered again. This is because the autocomplete details are stored on a domain basis.
As the login page has moved from the .co.uk domain to the .com domain your currently saved auto complete details will not work.
