Maybe its due to germans not allowing to much violence...but they wouldnt let the actual game if they were like that...but then again the cheat could be something else...so what is it??

Or, you could see if the Action Replay offers the cheat you require and buy that.
Why don't you try completing the game without cheating? It's a novel idea, but it just might work...
Yeah, it works in the US version but those fools thought it would be funny to penalise the European gamers by removing the cheat apparently.
