Without question Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. So far I have completed it on four different systems (N64, GC, PC & Wii) numerous times.
I wasted so much of my childhood on that game, I say wasted it was a wonderful time...

Final Fantasy 7, for it's time it was a work of art, and now it's still a work of genius.
