Does Freeola offer webhosting that doesn't involve sharing ip addresses?
I may have got this wrong, but checking your account you've purchased the SSL certificate from us but applied it to a domain in your account that is pointing to third party hosting so the shared IP issue would need to be sorted by them.
If it was hosted on our VIP Hosting or InstantPro service then it would be setup automatically and you wouldn't have an issue with a shared IP. The IP's are shared but something called SNI is used to ensure the correct certificate is served when someone requests your site. If you want to swap over to using VIP hosting then you can do this in your MyFreeola account by pointing the domain to a VIP hosting service you have or will purchase from us. Once that is done the system will automatically setup the SSL certificate to use that service.
