Conclusion
Doing this project was increasingly difficult, unlike the last project, the rainforest is a worldwide problem. This time though, the hazard information was very hard to find for example the Austrian avalanche, the only site I could find at the time was in German, at that time I was very annoyed. I decided to stick at it and two days later I had ’struck gold’. I came across a whole three pages worth of web address on the avalanches.
Typing the project was no problem, but there was one drawback, on the Saturday( the last one before the deadline), I had a English and Maths paper to take and the week leading up to this was packed in with practice papers. I was forced to discontinue with the project it was only on the Sunday the day after was when I could stuck in. Before the practice papers my project was done up to subsection 2.0, leaving the conclusion, introduction, bibliography, contents and subsection 2.1. I was encouraged to finish before the deadline, even though I was ’generously’ allowed a extra few days. I hope handing it in so early had not made me rush it.
As for the project, in doing this I have realised that money is a important factor, even though it is not mentioned. As they say ‘money makes the world go round’ and in the case of hazards ‘time is money’ or shall we say ‘money is time’ and when victims are involved, speed is of the essence
