"help with max payne"

i can't seem to get the "-developer" cheat to work. This is what i have-

"C:\Max Payne\MaxPayne.exe" -developer

is this correct? i cant get the console to appear when i press f12 =0(

what am i doing wrong? please help me out!

It doesn't take more than half an hour for even people that find it difficult to get to that part!

Probaly not long, but I really can't be bothered to re-install it. Mainly because I've played the game to death already so there's not much for me to go back for other than a few of those hidden easter eggs.

It's easy. As J poined out, you have to be a ball-licker to find this game even remotely difficult.
