does anyone know how i find downtown, ive been everywhere on the map it seems, i need the sea sparrow to get the death row done, i haven't collected any packages

downtown is the entire part of the 2nd island north of little haiti.

I stuck my vice city map on my wall when i was first playing it and have never took it down since! :)

you dont need no sea sparrow to get death row done. Death row is where you rescue lance.
