Nah, you can have good fun in Molten Core.

Basically, 40 man raids = biggest, most boring waste of time ever.

Haha, I'll have to try that!
Just did a UBRS raid, didn't get anything and the group leader ninja'd some really nice fire resistance gloves. He then gave the leadership to someone else after we all moaned at him and he was promptly booted.

Another tip I picked up on the WoW forums, whenever a beggar comes along scrounging for cash, say you'll be more than happy to give him some gold. Open up the trade window, put in as much gold as you can, then go AFK. Sit back and watch as the beggar goes out of his mind being so close to so much money yet so far from actually getting it. Just be careful not to accidentally click the Trade button when your done.
Aha
If it's a guild raid, people usually won't ninja it because they'll get kicked out.
Does everyone roll for the epic drops?

My Shaman is sexy, I'm lv58 and almost completely elemental in talents. 1200 crits, loooooovely.
I did 2 raids yesterday, including Stramholme undead, we all wiped on the last boss though, we had him at about 1%. Soooooo close.

People who roll for their alts deserve to die. I usually kick them out of the group just as we get to the final boss. That way they don't get anything!
I also found a good way of dealing with beggars, tell them you're gonna pick the money up off of a mate who owes you it and then take them to the Bulwark. It's quite fun. "OMFG U LIED!!11 I REPORT YOY!"
