He probably does. I'm guessing he's secretly the Frog's biggest fan, but just pretends to hate it so people don't take the mick (more than they already do). In fact, CrossBob kind of resembles the Frog; clearly not very intelligent, has crap songs, irritates everyone to the max and nobody likes him.

And Bob, you do realise that it's not actually the Frog who is releasing the songs, right? You know that it's not real, don't you?
