Actually it's 19.99 excl VAT after that which is £23.44 a month...
You'll only be able to get the better deals if your exchange has been unbundled.
I've asked Freeola and Pipex about any LLU services from them, but they simply responded with the standard, "we're looking in to it", so you may want to look around or wait and see what other ISP's will offer down the line. An LLU service from Freeola would be handy bundled along with their free web hosting.

Well actually, the current offer is £14.99 for the first 3 months and then £19.99 after that...
For Zen, never had any downtime or slow sleeds etc. Pipex has been good too, just not as perfect as Zen. Zen is the more expensive of the 2 though.
