If he doesnt want to give an address i wouldnt bother.

I may be wrong, but why else would you send a stranger some money - unless it's to some guy in Nigeria.

When I hear Western Union, I think of Nigerian Royalty scams.
Or Western Union. Travel Agents usually let you use WU.
