The more segments I see like this , the more I feel Mike Bucci is going to make the character work. I mean he got over as Nova in ECW, a character far more goofy than Simon...

I actually think there should be a General Manager of Heat and Velocity...i know Steven Richards claims to be the GM of Heat, but they should have a proper one and proper storylined feuds, i wouldnt be bothered if they cut out the highlights from RAW. If you want to know what happens on RAW then you should watch RAW!
