Lets take it from a GAD point of view.
You go on SR, and realise that you have about 5 games that you need to get.
So you write your review.
If it fails to win GAD, you run the risk of not succeeding in your aim to get those 5 games.
Simple example and flawed, but just to prove that all you hip young kids aren't as good as you think you are.
