I think what you are meaning is the "bloom" on the grapes which i believe is actually yeast. I dont think its possible for that to happen, the yeast couldnt survive stomach conditions long enough to produce anything for significant inebrity.
Its to do with the malt that grows on the grapes, that why wine is alcholic.
I learnt this on something strange to do with horses getting drunk by eating loads of grapes off trees....

if you eat loads of beetroot your suppose to pee red, although this has failed to happen to me yet.
also if you rub onions on the soles of of your feet you're supposed to taste it in your mouth a few hours later
