If I ruled the world I would ban old people driving. What would you
change? It could be anything, anything you wanted to.

Just ban Ireland totally. Easy really.

it would still be unstable as long it is next to Northern Ireland. so you should either ship Ireland to the caribbean, or ship NI there.

I'd pay at least a tenner for Ireland. Just the Republic mind, wouldn't want to have an unstable nation.
