Just seen this tonight, and I cannot recommend it enough. Please, PLEASE don't go an see crap like Van Helsing and buy a ticket for this instead, I promise you won't regret it. It's touching, it's funny, it's amazingly inspired and it's got career best performances from Carrey and Winslet. Every minute of this film is priceless, and if you have any heart and soul in your body, you'll adore it just as much as I did.

Please go see it. Don't make me beg.

You can be both if you have multiple personalities.

Up yours, suckers. We can enjoy anything.

I'd rather that than be a cold, husk of a man with a big shiny bum-bomb for a heart, whose only pleasure in life comes from kicking dogs and pushing small girls with pigtails down open manhole covers.

Recommended from a bloke that probably cried after watching it and then wished he was in love so he could, like, reach out to somebody?

I'll watch this on DVD, when I can put a war soundtrack on and not be distracted by Kate Winslet's fish-white udders

It was good, yeah. Not the best I've ever seen, but I enjoyed it, more than I have Carrey's other films. Did something explode? I can't remember. If not, it's the first film I've seen in the cinema for a long time where it hasn't.

On at the smallest screen of the Bishops Stortford filmplace, with me, 4 friends, and 2 couples in the back row being the only people actually in there watching it..

True - most of his parts are really, really irritating, but I loved the Truman Show and intend to watch this when it comes out on DVD.

though I think Carrey is excellent, and I'd throw one up Kate Winslet at a moments notice, isn't this a chick flick?
