(a) In submitting written material you agree to indemnify Freeola Ltd against all liabilities arising from infringement of copyright or intellectual property rights.
Basically, in plain English - this means that the material must be original and written by you or reproduced with the permission of the original copyright holder.
Please do not send other people's work without permission.
If you do, you run the risk of being banned from our site.
If you find a Freeola Guides article, review or a customer site that has been illegitimately copied from another site, please e-mail [email protected] with the location of the original review or site.
(b) The prize is currently a free game of your choice for PC, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3, Wii, DS, or any other console (subject to availability, up to £50.00) or £30 of Amazon vouchers.
Freeola reserve the right to change prizes at any time.
(c) Freeola Awards will be allocated at least once a week, for submissions to Freeola Blog articles and Freeola Guides articles.
(d) You may only submit your Freeola Blog and Freeola Guides articles once.
If you don't win with that attempt, please try again with a different submission.
Submitting multiple copies on different days means your submissions will not be considered, and duplicates will be deleted.
(e) There is no limit to the amount of times you can win - some regulars have won 100 times and more!
(f) To qualify for a Freeola Gaming Award, your MyFreeola registration details MUST BE COMPLETE and all fields must be correctly completed (phone no. optional).

(h) The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
(i) If no suitable prize-winning entries are found, then no winner will be selected for the prize.
(j) We reserve the right to ban users from contributing to any part of our site, whether it be for swearing, copying, bullying or any other action we feel inappropriate.
(k) We regret that we cannot send Awards to users overseas, however non-UK users are welcome to take part for fun.
