When does the new season start? I don't have the patience to watch a full game but I always like to catch the home run derby.

The season started ages ago. The Home Run Derby was last month.

The brief history of me and baseball.

I bought a baseball game on the N64. I can't remember what it was called. Played it alot. Loved it. Slowly took an interest in REAL baseball. Watched it a few times late at night on Channel 5. Got tired of it very quickly. That was it. The end of me and baseball.

Based on the MLB game on the PSP and the demo on 360, the sport seems a lot more fun than many popular sports. Definitely better than cricket, which is 70% standing around as everyone waits for the bowler to walk back.

Baha, too true. Crickets more of a gentleman's sport. Like mixing sport with a tea party. Baseball's much more fast paced like "Quick! Quick! Hit the ball! Hit it! Now run!!!"
