I highly doubt Celtic will get anywhere the final this year, theres FAR more quality in this seasons UEFA cup and i dont think Celtic can live with 4 or 5 teams in this tournament... Blackburn are not regarded as a good English team by the way :P

Again, it's a kind draw for the English clubs. It could have been a whole lot worse with a lot of dangerous clubs being unseeded.
