Do colleges really have a lot to say? :-)
As I have said, it will have done some serious damage to community relations. Just talking to a college who is of Asian background has taught me that, regarding his family’s reaction to the program.
Then I find myself thinking thank god individuals so overtly racist as PC Pulling have been exposed and lost their jobs.
Then I find myself thinking, I know racism will never be 100% stamped out of any organisation while it exists in society, and all this is going to do is push it further underground.
Suggestions have now been made to put a Professional and Ethical standards rep in every training class to locate and expose any racism. It’s a sad state of affairs when this becomes the case, but, what other way is there?
> shut up you pair of racist people
There has been no racism, it actually said any racists been caught, there was no racist material used.
Now, I've got a couple of speeding tickets ...

1) Any investigation into the issue in the police will drive real racists further towards secrecy and will have little effect in actual reality bar a few scarificial people being ousted for PR purposes.
2) If you investigate anything, in any organisation, it's a good chance you'll find it if you look hard enough, that doesn't mean the problem is widespread.
I have about 6 weeks until I'm out there.
I go through phases of being excited, and then just plain cacking it.
