Last night I made lamb steaks with a tomato and buffalo milk soft cheese salad with olive oil and chive dressing (only had to cook the lamb).

For lunch I have just eaten a pitta bread stuffed with mixed leaf salad, tomato and coronation chicken filling (only had to cook pitta bread).

So I'm looking for inspiration. Any ideas on simple meals you eat that you that are very easy to prepare yourselves or are prepared by your parents.

If I carry on like this my local sandwich shop / fish and chip shop / kebab and curry house will be out of business.

if you get some shoshages, you can slit the tubing material, take out the meat and roll it into meatballs. theyre nice with tomato sauce, peppers and herbs (rice and pasta aswell)

im a brilliant cook, but most things i know would be too advanced.

Soup.

Preparation guidelines:

empty contents into bowl
put bowl into microwave and heat on full power for 3 minutes.

ALWAYS ENSURE CONTENTS ARE HOT THROUGHOUT BEFORE SERVING.
