At least when its cold its easy to warm up and comfortable.

Now im all sweaty n can't sleep cos of it.

I hate being too hot, especially when i am trying to sleep...
I had some trouble getting to sleep last night...

Hold your breath and count to 3000, solves all known health problems.....

try a cold water bottle. or put a towel on your pillow and wet a flannel, put it on your head. wear as few clothes as possible. be careful of the flannel thing because it can give you head chills and you can get ill.

The baby woke up for her feed a little while ago,and now I'm wide awake too.

I hate that feeling when you are saturated in your own sweat.
