For the last week or so I have hardly been able to sleep. I have laid in bed awake when I have felt totally exhausted and just not been able to get to sleep. If and when I finally fall asleep it is only for a couple of hours and I usually wake up about 4AM and cannot fall asleep again.

Its terrible!

Kyz got banned because of insomnia?

To be honest I think it's a bit harsh to ban someone for insomnia.

i was going to reply to the creator of the thread then but poor old kyz got the boot.

anyway, I often get insomnia. unless I work extremely hard and am absolutely exhausted, I have trouble sleeping. I can't switch my brain off, I think about everything thats happened in my life and what's going to happen.

before I know it I've been tossing (shaddup) and turning for 2 hours.

nothing more frustrating

hum.. I can sleep for ages.

But I dont like to. F'ing waste of time to be honest..
